Check in and check out time
Our check-in time and check-out time is 24 hours. However, should there be an early arrival or a late departure, you will like us to allocate the rooms upon arrival of the delegates, we will provide the accommodation, subject to availability, based on the following terms and conditions:

Booking Policy
A booking deposit of minimum 50% of entire stay will be charged to confirm bookings.
The balance has to be paid a minimum of 8 days before check-in and if payment is not received, the Hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking.
All bookings require a valid Id Proof.


Cancellation Policy for any confirmed booking:?
14 days in advance to the date of arrival – one night cancellation charge.
7 days in advance to the date of arrival – No Refund.
Advance once paid will not be Refunded or Adjusted with any other booking.
Management reserves the right to change, alter or modify the above package without any prior intimation

Refund Policy:
1) In case of refund, bank transactions charges will be deducted above cancellation charges.
2) In case of credit card transactions, refund will be done only to the same credit?
